Raising our baby is the toughest marathon we have enrolled in, but the most rewarding. Coconut water is refreshing and a healthy way to rehydrate your body. Take a siesta and make yourself this refreshing cocktail. with or without the spike.
1 cup frozen strawberries
4 thinly sliced lime wedges (with rind- this will be blended in too)
2 cups coconut water
-Mix these ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add some rum or vodka if you like. My baby loved this drink (sans alcohol of course).
**spicy twist: Add 1/4 of a fresh jalapeno to the blender.
